6. Do they work outside normal business hours?
Many organizers charge a higher rate when working weekends and after-hours.

7. What are their minimum hours per booking and what are their cancellation/rescheduling policies?
Many POs require 2-4 hour bookings, and will require 48-to-72 hours notice for changes in scheduling. They may also charge you for missed appointments.

8. Do they have experience working with chronically disorganized clients?
There are organizers who specialize working with ADD* or AD/HD** clients in conjunction with their therapist.

9. How should I be prepared for the first work session?
By being prepared prior to your first meeting, you will be able to get started right away.

10. Are they member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO)?
